How can we be sure Countermail is not cooperating with NSA?

Our company is based in Sweden, we have our jurisdiction here in Sweden and we follow the Swedish laws.
We will never take orders from anyone outside Sweden, if we began to violate our promise to our users, our users would leave us and our company would go bankrupt.
The privacy laws in Sweden are much different than US and UK and many other countries, nobody can force us to store passwords, IP-addresses or decryption keys.
