Do you support POP3?

No, we don't have support for POP3, we use IMAP. With some configurations changes in your email client, you can do the same things with IMAP. Check if you email client can create local folders, then you can move email to these folders.
Most email clients can also create filters/rules that handles new email automatically, for example, move them to a another folder.
