Frequently Asked Question

NOTE: You need premium membership to be able to use our IMAP/SMTP server.

1. Choose the Settings icon

2. Choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars

3. Choose Add Account


4. Choose Other

5. Choose Add Mail Account

6. Fill in the necessary information, then choose Next

7. Make sure that IMAP is selected

8. Enter the details for incoming and outgoing server. Then choose Next

9. Make sure that Mail is selected and then choose Save

10. Now choose your email addresses from the list of your accounts.

11. Choose your account again

12. Choose the outgoing server

13. Choose your primary server

14. Make sure that:

Authentication is set to MD5-Challenge-Response

15. Now choose Advanced

16. Choose Drafts Mailbox

17. Choose Drafts on the server, then choose Advanced to go back.

18. Choose Sent Mailbox

19. Choose Sent on the server, then choose Advanced to go back.

20. Choose Deleted Mailbox

21. Choose Deleted Messages on the server, then choose Advanced to go back.

22. Make sure that:

23. Save your changes by choose Done. You are now done.
