Frequently Asked Question

We have a server script that runs every hour, that script will send an email to the domain admins if your domain DNS MX record is wrong, if your domain DNS MX record was wrong and you fixed it, it will also send an email to the domain Admins when the DNS MX record is correct. Keep in mind that it make take up to one hour before you get the result of our own testing script, telling if your DNS MX is corrected or not. Many of the testing sites above have different types of test, not only DNS MX, but DNS MX is the first test you should do to be able get your email directly to our server and into your account.
