If you want to save or forward a HTML email, you must save it as a PDF file first.

In our webmail, Open the email, click the "Print" link, and select your PDF creator, see the picture.
In MacOS it's called "Save as PDF", on Windows you may need to install a PDF creator software, like CutePDF Writer, on Linux you may need to install Cups-PDF.
