We don't store or log any of input on the Tools page. All encryption/decryption is done locally on your computer, using Javascript.

When the page is loaded it requires no Internet connection, only if you are searching after public keys or verifying signature (because the signature verification is also searching for the public keys needed to verify).

You don't need an account to use the Tools-page, just go to https://webmail.countermail.com/tools/tools.html and use the tools.
