1. Open GPG Keychain Access

2. Choose the one you want to edit

3. Go to the User IDs tab and choose the plus sign

4. Enter the correct details

5. Now remove the other ones that are wrong by mark and choose the minus sign.

6. Now it should look something like this (and any aliases).
